Not just another community, but pure Punjabis!


Life comes just once so live it to the fullest! You must have heard it a lot in many movies or read in books. But have you lived this philosophy? The one community that breathes this is Punjabis.

Originally from Punjab in south Asia, these people are known for living life as it comes. Warm blooded, great physique and highly intelligent, Punjabi community is ahead in every walk of life. From business to art to warfare, they have made a name to reckon.

Shaeed Bhagat Singh, a man who gave his life for his nation at a tender age is a big example of the courage and the devotion they have for the betterment of their nation. And by nation, I clearly state, any part of the world they live in, not only India!

Open-minded and always looking for greater opportunities, they have migrated to the various parts of the world and now have accepted the countries they live in as theirs. Africa, America, Australia or Europe, Indian diaspora has given its part of service to every continent, be it professional service or social. From the best of the doctors to engineers to entrepreneurs to sports stars, Punjabis are among all everywhere.

Good is that over 50 percent of the Indians abroad around the world are Punjabis. They are spread everywhere, with their culture and values. While gurudwaras were only in Punjab region once, today they are everywhere and the global Punjabi community organises langar everyday for the unfortunate in these sacred places. They believe in the fact that if they have got it, they must share it with their fellow human beings.

We too must follow them. We too must start living.

Like they breathe, we too must
Like they give, we too must!
