Some years ago when reading technology was still being upgraded, new devices were being launched for the book lovers who found it tough to carry 5-6 books at a time, I read somewhere, “Get free Ebooks.”, Wait! What? Free? What could have been better! I too thought it to be the time to try the Kindle reading device, after all, who doesn’t like a few extra bucks saved?
The changes the world has witnessed in the last 200 years have been vital in the field of technology. It so happened when the people around the world met each other and exchanged cultures. With these exchanged ideas have come exceptional inventions – and these inventions are no doubt from the read people from around the world. When we say ‘read’, it means most of these celebrated geniuses are well-read.
Since Amazon has come into play, ebooks have captured the market. You can easily many books, handheld or ebooks, discounted and at times free on Amazon or other online platforms of the genre you love.
Who doesn’t love free books, especially now when ebook download is so easy now? Everyone, I guess. Time saved, money saved. The devices on which these ebooks come are supported with many inbuilt software that suggests font size, colour, meaning, synonyms, antonyms and other usages of the word. Many devices, in fact, have voice software that can read the passage for you. So if you are driving and do not want to read, you can simply activate the audio mode and listen to your favourite book. Isn’t that cool!
India has the second biggest market for book lovers. With so many new ideas changing the book industry every decade, what is awaited is a new idea.
